Graham Ramsay

Graham Ramsay, the former Director of Education and Training for the Maryland State Soccer Association, has been spreading the soccer gospel in the US for over 25 years. He was one of the original National Staff Coaches for the United States Soccer Federation, assisting Dettmar Cramer, the former FIFA and Bayern Munich coach. He holds coaching licenses from the USA, Canada, Czech Republic, Republic of Ireland and England, and his work has taken him to Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. As well as writing numerous articles on football, he is the author of several books including The Joy of Coaching Youth Soccer, Skilful Soccer and Soccer for Girls.

Graham is a globally renowned soccer coach and has trained players of all ages since he was 16 years old and living in England. He won his first coaching award in 1967 and has successfully developed thousands of young players into D1 NCAA players and captains, as well as professionals. His forte is in coaching teams and in running both shorter clinics as well as season long programs in order to dramatically improve the team functioning as well as the individual player’s capabilities and teamwork on the field. It is GOLS Soccer’s distinct pleasure to count Graham as a close advisor on all things soccer including our curriculum and programming offerings. We are excited to also introduce Graham to our players and utilize him when he is in Los Angeles for special GOLS Soccer clinics and events for more competitive players and teams who want to take their game to the next level. Tova Ferro

Dr. Tova Ferro is a clinical psychologist in New York City where she works in private practice and as the psychological consultant at The Trinity School's Middle School. She is a graduate of Vassar College and Stony Brook University. Tova has worked with children for approximately 20 years and has a six year old daughter who enjoys many activities including sports classes and one-on-one soccer sessions with Ariel, her favorite soccer coach!

Ursula Ferro

Ursula has worked for 50 years with children, parents and teachers. She has taught children from age three through eighth grade as well as teachers on the undergraduate and graduate level. For 16 years she was the Lower School Director of the Green Acres School in Rockville, Maryland and later served as the Interim Director of the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School. For the past 13 years Ursula has worked as a Child Development Consultant with parents and teachers. Ursula has written the first three in an ongoing series of stories called “Kids & Animals & Families Together”. She is working on book number four. These are early chapter, read-aloud stories for children ages five through eight. Although the topic of the books is ‘children and their pets’, the true theme is ‘family relationships’. These are families with two moms or two dads.
